Planning & Zoning

Any Planning & Zoning changes are reviewed / approved by the Village Council. This is done to ensure proper zoning ordinances, site plans and plat applications are followed.  We will be adding additional information soon.

Building Permits - 

Requirements / Application - please attend city council meeting for more information on building permits. Meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month at 7pm.
